Former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar had the ability to terrorize the batsmen at his own pace. Shoaib was one of the fastest bowlers in the world. In addition to his fast balls, he used to take a tough test of batsmen from his bouncer and yorker. Batsmen have also been injured facing his balls in the field. Shoaib recently said in a tweet that he forced 19 batsmen to go out of the ground with his balls during his career.
However, Shoaib also told his fans that he never enjoyed hitting the batsmen. But there was a batsman whom he wanted to hit badly. Shoaib Akhtar tweeted, ”It was Matthew Hayden I wanted to hit badly during my playing days & I did that many times during test & practice games & now we are best mates. Hayden is one of those whom I have met so far.”
Shoaib still has friendly relations with many cricketers. Both these former players are often seen playing on Twitter and they enjoy their friendship everywhere.
