The Indian team has been announced for the last Test match and three ODI series against Sri Lanka. Virat kohli has been rested for three one-day matches against Sri Lanka. However, Virat will play in the Delhi Test match against Sri Lanka. Rohit Sharma will captain team India for the ODI matches.
Siddharth Kaul has been included in the Indian team for the first time. Punjab’s fast bowler Siddharth Kaul has been given a chance in the team due to his excellent performance. Siddharth played for Sunrisers Hyderabad this year in IPL. Shreyas Iyer is also included in the Indian ODI team for the first time. He has played T-20 matches for India earlier.
