IPL-10 : Floppy hat denies Brendon Mccullum a miracle catch

Brendon Mcculum tremandous catch against RCB

Former New Zealand captain and Gujarat Lion player McCullum gave a wonderful introduction to the game spirit against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Tuesday in the 20th match of the 2017 IPL.

Virat Kohli, the captain of the team, RCB Virat Kohli, was also impressed by the spirit of this game. The captain of RCB  congratulated him for the performance of the game spirit. In fact, during the match on Tuesday, RCB’s Chris Gayle was playing tremandous innings. Captain Suresh Raina looks consistently planning to get him out.

In the meantime, McCullum caught the catch of RCB explosive opener Chris Gayle on the boundary line. McCullum was then on the long off and he started celebrating with his teammates after catching this catch. But McCullum realized that his catch was not right, as he was in doubt of touching his hat on the boundary line. McCullum ran toward the umpire and asked him to make a decision after watching the replay.

Clearly, replays showed that McCullum had a good catch, but his hat was really touched on the boundary line. The umpire changed his decision and Chris Gayle was called to bat again.  Everybody congratulating Brendon Mccullum for the performance of the game spirit.
