Former Indian fast bowler Ajit Agarkar has put a question mark on Yuvraj Singh and Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s stay in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup team. Recently, after the defeat from Pakistan in the final of the ICC Champions Trophy, these two senior players were criticized and the questions were raised about their position in the team.
Agarkar believes that the presence of these two players in the middle order at the fourth and fifth position is a matter of thinking. Agarkar said, ‘I do not believe that Yuvraj and Dhoni should bat at the fourth or fifth position.
He said, “I am not saying this because of the final of ICC Champions Trohy. There is a lot of pressure on the top three batsmen. Yuvraj can bat in lower order than number four where he can bat freely.
