The exciting match played between India and West Indies has been tie-ups. Chasing a target of 322 runs by team India in the second one-dayer in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday, West Indies batsman Shai Hope managed to hit a boundary off the last ball of the last over to tie the match. However, in this five-match series, Team India is ahead of 1-0. 

Captain Virat Kohli not only made an unbeaten innings of 157 runs in this match, but also became the fastest batsman to score 10000 runs. Virat achieved this feat in 205 innings while Sachin Tendulkar took 259 innings to do so. Sachin, Ganguly, Dravid and Dhoni have scored 10,000 runs in ODIs for India. Now Virat Kohli, surpassing all the legends, has recorded the fastest 10000 runs records.

But the West Indies batsman Shai Hope ruined Kohli’s entire hard work. Hope made a match-winning 134 balls 123 runs with the help of 10 fours and three sixes. Hop managed to hit the last ball to the boundary to tie the match.

The third ODI match will be played on 27th October in Pune.
